ime jewellery purchases are non-refundable for change of mind, including gifts. Thus, please choose your piece carefully before purchasing.

If a piece of ime Jewellery is received with a fault or if breakage occurs due to manufacturing within 60 days of receiving, ime jewellery offers a refund, exchange or credit note. Manufacturing faults do not include damage, bending, scratching, etc. due to wear and tear.

Please see our caring for ime section in order to limit this possibility.

If you select the incorrect ring size, you can exchange your ring within 60 days, if it is in an unworn, unused condition. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs within this process and the ring must be returned in an unworn condition, in original packaging.

In this case, please contact us at imejewellery@outlook.com as soon as possible so we can start hand-crafting your correct size immediately.

Ime Jewellery is on holidays from December 21, 2020 - January 03, 2021.

If you have ordered in this period please know we will get straight onto your order from

ime jewellery pieces are made to order. This allows us to reduce our wastage and environmental footprint. Thus, please allow up to 10 working days for your piece to be hand-crafted and packed, with additional shipping time on top of this. All pieces are sent from Sydney, Australia.

Once your order has been dispatched, an email confirming shipment and tracking details will also be sent to you.

Once shipped, we are unable to make any changes to an order, delivery address or location. ime jewellery takes no liability for orders that are sent to the incorrect address due to customer error or delays experienced due to courier delivery times.
